Joanna Nowakowska

Doctor Joanna K. Nowakowska graduated with honors in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics in 2003 at the Academy of Medicine in Gdansk, Poland,
in 2008 she obtained a PhD degree in Innovative Techniques in Oral Implantology and Implant Prosthetic Rehabilitation at the University of Milan.

Successively, In 2012 she obtained the Specialty of Orthodontics at the University of Milan with a thesis Three-dimensional aesthetic analysis of
the face, reporting the mark of 70/70.

Dr. Joanna Nowakowska since 2017 till the end of 2023 was in charge of the Head of Orthodontics, Pre-surgical Orthodontics and Pedodontics at
the Odontostomatology Unit of the IRCCS Galeazzi Orthopedic Institute, University of Milan.
During this engagement she was appointed in the role of an adjunct professor in The school of Specialization in Orthodontics, University of Milan.

Currently she concentrates exclusively on prevention of oral health and orthodontics in young patients, teenagers and adults in the private office in Milan and Crema. She is certified in using transparent aligners and fixed
appliances. ​

She is the author of national and international publications and speaker at numerous national orthodontic and oral prevention events.
